Engr. Ebitimi Maxwell

Engr. (Rtr) Maxwell Steven Ebitimi hails from Akeddei Town in Sagbama Local Govt Area of Bayelsa State. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Marine Engineering from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt. In furtherance of his quest to enhance his knowledge, he proceeded for a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a second Masters in degree in Transport Management Technology from the University of Port Harcour and the Federal University of Technology, Owerri respectively. He is presently doing his Doctorate degree in Transport Planning and Management in the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO).

He joined the Bayelsa State Civil Service over 25 years ago as Mechanical Engineer. He was latter to be transferred from the Bayelsa State Electricity Board to the Ministry of Transport where he has risen to the Directorate cadre and he is presently the Head of the Air Transport Department in the Ministry.

He is a registered Engineer and a Rotarian. He is  Married to Catherine and their marriage is blessed with five Children.
