This is to inform all Commercial Transport Vehicles (Sienna, Minibuses, Buses, Taxis, etc.) and tricycle operators in Bayelsa State that the law mandating them to paint their vehicles to Bayelsa State colors (Biro Blue and Pepper Red), obtain and boldly display MOT numbers is still in force.

Therefore, it is an offence for such commercial transport vehicles and Tricycle operators who are yet to comply with the regulatory directive to operate on our roads. They are hereby advised to stay off the road until full compliance in their own interest.

Defaulters risk being punished accordingly with a minimum fine of One Hundred Thousand (#100,000.00) Naira Only.
